Your pack shipment
Packages are generally handled and dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of order and are shipped via Skynet with tracking.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
You may exchange any purchased product within 24 hours of the delivery date.
The first Exchange process will be at no extra cost, subsequent exchanges will be charged at the normal applicable delivery fee.
Items must be in brand new condition and show no signs of wear with all original packaging, garment tags, and labels still attached. Original shoe boxes and other containers that products are sold in are considered part of the product and must also be returned in undamaged and unused condition. Items returned without their branded packaging will not be accepted.
All Customized products cannot be returned once ordered; Perishable food products cannot be exchanged.

You can only exchange with a product of the same value or above (and pay the difference).
We do not allow the exchange of opened products.
Returns are not allowed by the shops on Kiddos.
